ET, The Next Revolution

September 9, 2008

We have all heard the mantra, “Drill Baby, Drill”, well it would seem that on the surface this would make some sense in order to establish more domestic oil resources in the short term.  However, no one believes this is a long term solution.

Thomas Friedmans’ new book “The Power of Green” offers up a clear and concise challenge to all Americans.  Rise up, rise up and meet the next revolution, Energy Technology.

In order to re-establish the United States as the global leader and the world’s only superpower we must embrace this challenge and succeed.  Nothing is more imperative than to establish energy independence through innovation and technology in our generation.  Think of all the positive results that would happen if we accomplish this call to arms, if you will.

Cellulosic Ethanol is a potential  bridge to that goal of energy independence, but it is one of many options and none of these options should be taken off the table or discounted as inefficient.  We must continue to encourage and support the businesses, industries and yes patriots that invest valuable amounts of  time, and money to this cause.  Failure is not an option nor should it be considered.

Making a difference

Here at UseCorn we are all about making a difference in our environment.  On September 2, 2008 UseCorn  launched a new product line featuring Filtered Water Sport Bottles. Some of these bottles are made from bio-degradable corn resin all of them are made here in the United States.   These bottles are fantastic, and the water tastes great, no more foul tasting tap water or other impurities you just can’t handle anymore.  For years we have talked about ingenuity and common sense when approaching environmental challenges and this product is part of the solution.

UseCorn filtered water bottles range in price from 7.95 – 34.95 for the Biological bottle, they last between 2-3 months of normal use and the filters can be replaced.  No more buying cases of water and hauling them from your car to the refrigerator.

We appreciate your support and look forward to introducing other eco-friendly products.  For more information on wholesale and custom orders please call 214-729-9658 or email dave@usecorn.com.
