Wow, it’s definitely football season, you can tell by the intensity of hits and the pain of the losses, and I’m not talking about the NFL either. I’m talking about the economy and the Stock Market in particular. It is no place for the rookie player, which I am definitely one of. No matter what your position, you had to take a sauna and hit the whirl pool after last week’s hit, and who can tell what tomorrow will look like.
One positive suggestion is to support businesses in research & development programs involving domestic biofuel production and other forms of domestic alternative energy. That is our way out of the maze. If we are able to produce biofuels made from feedstock, that we don’t use for food and are able to do this on a commercial scale that is cost effective, we can change the whole energy paradigm.
Think about it for a moment, if we are able to produce billions of gallons of ethanol made from switchgrass we will begin to slay the dragon, that which is OPEC. How many of you are willing to believe in the American “Can Do” spirit? Count me in, there are lot’s of opportunities out there and I want to win this one real bad.
